Last August (2023), I returned to my home of Sherwood Park, AB, Canada. I hadn’t visited this area from my childhood in over 10-15 years. One of the first things I saw were the many white butterflies casually fluttering around in the sky, trees, bushes, everywhere! White butterflies had always reminded me of my mother. As I checked into my hotel, I felt her presence. Thoughts and feelings came to me, about her love and protection toward my youngest sister, and all of her girls. My mom was watching over my sister, who still lived in the area.. I felt a warm, most loving feeling. The next day, I attended my friend’s 60th birthday party which was held in her daughter’s backyard. I walked out into the backyard and was inundated with white butterflies. I said, “Hello mom, thank you for your presence, your love, and your guidance in our lives, as you have so kindly offered from above.” I then searched online for the meaning of white butterflies and here is what I found: White butterflies represent purity, spiritual transformation, spiritual communication, good luck, abundance, and peace. White butterflies show up when you are experiencing a deep energetic shift, allowing you to become more aware of yourself and your surroundings spiritually
