Hi and welcome to you! Here’s a bit about me. 

After living a fairly unconscious and disconnected life, searching for more, I stepped out of my box and into the realm of alternative therapy.  During this process I found that implementing simple daily heart-centered practices along with personal self-will, and energy healing modalities my life dramatically changed for the better! I became calmer, centered, peaceful, and feeling grateful every waking day. I began to easily bring joy and love into my new world.

After receiving physical and emotional healing with just a few Reiki energy healing sessions, I signed up for formal training.  I am now a Reiki Master (Usui and Holy Fire) Energy Healer! I work with energy and love being a conduit, so Reiki energy is available to you! We are all energy. Allowing positive and loving healing energy to enter one's body, mind, and heart opens one up to many beautiful possibilities! I've seen the good that Reiki brings to all areas of our being.

I love working with clients (both human and animal) to assist them with deep internal healing.  Changing one's energy, one's vibration, releasing what no longer serves you, creates dramatic positive shifts in our life; one with more flow, more self-acceptance, and self-love. This is my new personal mission and purpose - Healing!

My own healing journey of discovery has also led me to learn and become certified in The Emotion Code by Bradley Nelson, Meditation and Mindfulness Training through the School of Positive Transformation and Crystal Healing, among other modalities. My Awakening Journey:

Since a recent Kundalini awakening experience, my thoughts and feelings, including my world view, has changed significantly. This ongoing experience also has a physical component which can seem scary because it doesn’t fit into any medical model. In my case, the Kundalini awakening has been more manageable with all the support I’ve received. If this speaks to you and you need assistance to navigate these waters, I’d be honored to help and support you in this area, as well!
