Inner Softness:
How do we create an inner
softness, in a world filled with
chaos.
Is it possible to touch your heart,
to feel it, to listen to it, & follow it?
Open your eyes to the beauty
surrounding you every single day.
Allow the view to touch your inner spark. Go deeper.
Like the softness of purple feather grass,
and the color of its hues,
Allow the feeling on your hands,
and the sweetness of its shade,
to flow inward, creating warmth.
Allow the vibration of this most
feminine energy,
to seep through your fingers
and into your heart.
Feel the softness as your heart expands.
Feel the gratitude that exudes outwardly toward the sky.
Let the outer worldly noise drift away,
and focus on the sacredness
of this present moment.
Allow, don’t resist.
Feel your inner softness.
Honor it, love it, feel its joy!
Remember this feeling,
each time you want to create
your inner softness.
